General Specifications

• All products designed and manufactured by Creative Containers Plus, LLC are specifically engineered to protect the fluorescent lamps from breakage in transit from the point-of-removal to your preferred recycling agency or material recovery facilities.
• The containers are reusable / returnable for many repeated uses in a logistics loop. Contact us for assistance in designing a recycling program specifically tailored to meet your unique conditions.
• Containers and systems are easily loaded, unloaded, transported and integrated with your current waste management techniques and processes.
• They are completely washable and require little care and maintenance.
• All containers can be sterilized to remove any chemical residues from accidental breakage. Please consult your representative for process recommendations.

 

• For T8’s & T12’s – 4 ft to 8 ft long with capacities from 50 to 200 per box.
• Recommended system for T12’s consists of four self-contained boxes per layer, with up to 3 layers high per pallet load.
• Ultimate single pallet capacity up to 2400 lamps
• All component materials are primarily made of / or from post consumer recycled plastic resin.
